Cardinal Nichols Issues Short, Personal "Charter for Sacred Music"

Promised in the weeks following the publication of the findings of the Strategic Review in September 2020, and bearing a file name dated "2020", Cardinal Nichols' "Charter for Sacred Music in the Mission of Westminster Cathedral" finally saw the light of day today.
